1 · YOU SEND AN ADDRESS OR APNThat's the whole intake. If you have the
well's completion report number or the seller's disclosure, send it and we'll reconcile
against it — but we don't need it.
2 · WE PRE-CHECK BEFORE WE CHARGESome parcels sit where the state
simply isn't measuring. We check first. If the record is too thin to support a finding, we
tell you before you pay — and either decline the order or issue a flagged,
unscored report with your written OK. If the record is too thin to support a finding, we say so and do not score it.
3 · THE ENGINE READS THE RECORD, LIVEEvery value is drawn from the
named public datasets on the day the report issues. Nothing is modeled, estimated, or
predicted. The engine implements the published methodology verbatim.
4 · YOU GET A PACKET, NOT A DASHBOARDA PDF you can forward, a
signed bundle you can verify, and the raw source data. Same-day delivery where source
availability allows.
5 · IT KEEPSRe-send it at resale. Verify it in a dispute. If we
ever get a figure wrong, we reissue, notify every reader, and preserve the original
unaltered.
What we do before you pay
Two things most data products won't do:
We tell you when we can't answer
A parcel can be well-monitored and still have no adopted threshold within range — meaning the headline comparison can't be made there. We disclose that before charging, because a report that arrives without the thing you bought it for is a refund and a broken trust.
We publish stable findings too
Most of what we report is unremarkable, and we say so with the same prominence. A product that only speaks when it's alarmed is a product that teaches you to distrust its silence.
